A warrant was issued for CBS News anchor Katie Couric for failure to pay an outstanding tax bill from 2003. Some in New York are urging authorities to take measures to prevent Ms. Couric from fleeing the country to evade arrest. Her enormous deliquent tax bill now totals over $200 and, given her plummeting TV ratings in recent months, Ms. Couric now barely manages to earns $15 million per year.
