I'm sitting in the coffee shop and Willow Creek in Schaumburg, IL. with a feeling of joy that is hard to explain. It's so wonderful to spend time with people who have a heart for the creative side of life. It's not feeling like another seminar or conference that you are given steps to achieve Godliness while leading worship or painting. I truly feel like there is a heart for just encouraging people in the different ways that we connect with our creator to keep on doing it.

It's got to be refreshing to others who have done things different than the "mainstream" way of doing church.

I can't say that I know all the answers on how to worship my creator, but I do feel encouraged to keep pursuing this wonderful God who is altogether bigger than my understanding, yet graceful enough to give me the heart to create.
