Driscoll's answers:
(a) the person who hasn't heard about Jesus will go to hell, which is a place of conscious, eternal torment.
(b) it is an open question whether it is good and just to make babies suffer eternally in hell.
So I suppose that for Mr. Driscoll it should also be an open question whether genocide or torturing little children with blowtorches might be good and just, or whether it might have been good and just for God to decide who to torment in hell on the basis of eye color or height. For Mr. Driscoll, just about anything might be "good and just." Such words evidently carry no meaning for him.
Of course, rather than confronting the moral abhorrence of such views, Driscoll changes the subject and talks about salvation and coming to faith. How pious. How typical.
Great thoughts on NOT getting distracted by our own desire for control and our own personal meaning rather than God's will. Thanks!
