A team of 12, made up of college students, graduates, newlyweds, and families from Calvary Chapel San Luis Obispo, set out to San Salvador to help cast vision for starting up various Calvary Churches around the country. Our team went around to different cities all over El Salvador, meeting pastors and visiting sites where churches would soon be planted, and seeing their needs first hand to communicate and gather resources for them back in the U.S. We also were able to do homeless ministries with young children through the church, visit the Children's Hospital of El Salvador, and work with Potter's Field Ranch and their blossoming ministry with orphans.
