Bonnie is a writer for Worship Leader Magazine, has written for Relevant Magazine, as well as part of the teaching team at her church.  She is observant in cultural trends  including the ever-growing imbalances in this world.  She is fascinated by culture and religion, and believes the Church has lots to learn about the story of the Bible and the cultural context in which it was written.

Bonnie has learned from a young age that how we treat the creation is how we feel about the Creator.  It is out of this that she is passionate about Theology and culture and finding out where in the midst of God's story we find ourselves in.  Some her thoughts come from observation, while others are musings of a 23 year old Christ follower and the struggle of living in a temporary world which begs us to follow a different script.  She knows we all have fallen and we all feel vulnerable to those wounds.  However, she has learned of the redemption that Christ has to offer.: "We must be a people whose redemption speaks louder than our scars." 

 Bonnie is a second year seminary student who resides in Southern California.  She is getting married in June, loves cupcakes and thinks that everyone, no matter what, everyone should stop  and worship the most they can...let the music overtake you.
