July 2009, Jornada Medica, GHO in conjunction with team from the Oasis Church in Santiago, Dominican Republic. In a week we saw over 3000 people in the clinic, out of a town of approximately 10,000. Tens of thousands of dollars worth of medicines were dispensed; many people received dental care and had minor surgery. Over 800 made professions of faith in Christ.
