Clinic this morning has its share of joy and sadness. There are problems we can attack surgically. There are problems that present diagnostic challenges and uncertainties with our limited diagnostic resources. Then there some that are so advanced, the patients come so late, there is little we can do except try to confirm the suspected diagnosis.
