The Bible says that no one has seen God, yet there are all of these places in the Bible where God appears to people like Abraham, Jacob and Moses. And what about Jesus? Isn't he the visible God? So what does the Bible mean when it says no one has seen God?
My friend works at Disneyland. He dresses up in the Mickey Mouse suit and dances around for the kids' enjoyment. Last week, I went to Disneyland and saw him do that. However, he was fully dressed up in his suit. Every part of his body was covered. So I didn't directly see him. I saw him by seeing his Mickey Mouse suit. I indirectly saw him.
