Does God listen to and answer prayers of unbelievers, even though they believe in and worship God? I was watching a program where an American family brought an Iraqi family over to the States. They were saying grace and the Iraqi father gave thanks to God. If this Iraqi family is Muslim, we know they aren't Christian believers. So what happens to their prayers?

I believe that God created each and everyone of us with love in his heart. I also believe that God understands that a child in Malaysia is likely to be less exposed to the truth of Christianity than someone who grows up in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Thus, if a child falls and skins his knee, and calls out to "God" to comfort him, I believe God will help him through the situation. Maybe it won't be in the form of comfort, it could be a lesson in perseverance through pain. Alas, God doesn't turn a blind eye to non believers while answering prayers of those fortunate enough to receive the blessings that baptism gifts to believers.
I'm not a scholar of Scripture, but I do know that God is a loving God.
