The material could be Christmas themed but doesn’t have to be.
The photo and creative writing piece voted to the number one spot on the charts by December 22nd, 2008 will each win $100 to the charity of their choice.

The GIVE Contest for Photographers and Creative Writers - OFFICIAL RULES 

• Contest officially starts December 08, 2008 (12:01 AM EST) and ends on December 22, 2008 (5:00 PM EST). 
• Participants are automatically entered into to contest by submitting an Undiscovered Photo or Undiscovered Story during the set contest period.
• All contest submissions must follow ConversantLife.com’s Terms of Service.  We retain the right to remove any inappropriate content that violates these Terms of Service.  Removed submissions are no longer eligible for the GIVE contest.
• All submissions that are on the Undiscovered billboard pages are eligible for the contest.   
• The top voted photo that sits in the #1 Undiscovered Photography billboard spot on 12/22/2008 (see official contest ending period above) is the winner for Photo submissions. The top voted Story that sits in the #1 Undiscovered Creative Writing billboard spot on 12/22/2008 (see official contest ending period above) is the winner in the Creative Writing category.
• The 2 winners each receive $100 in donations in the winner's name to the charity or their choice.  ConversantLife.com will submit a $100.00 check on behalf of the winners to the designated charities.
• The charity chosen each of the two winners must be a recognized 501(c)(3).
• Winners will be notified by a ‘Private Profile Message’ from CJ Casciotta (Undiscovered Manager) within 3 days of the end of the contest.  Winning participants will be posted on ConversantLife.com/contestprofile no later than December 25, 2008.

How to Be the “First”

• Upload a song or a video
• Tell all your friends and fans to vote for you. (Link your submission to Facebook, Myspace, Blogspot, Whatever)
• Watch your submission climb to the top of the charts. If it’s Number 1 on December 31st you win!

• Contest officially starts November 10. 2008 (11:59 PM EST) and ends on December 1, 2008 (5:00 PM EST). 
• Participants are automatically entered into to contest by submitting an Undiscovered Song or Undiscovered Film during the set contest period.
