CJ is a songwriter, touring worship artist, filmmaker, and speaker. Backed by his band, Parachtute Passing, CJ has had the opportunity to share his faith and music with people all over the country sharing the stage with artists and speakers like MercyMe, Charlie Hall, Todd Proctor, and Francis Chan.

As Chapel Chair of Biola University, CJ has helped cultivate a spiritual atmosphere of worship and learning for a new generation of ardent Christ-followers. In addition, CJ keeps one hand in Hollywood working on such film productions as Disney’s “The Chronicles of Narnia” and “Purple State of Mind.” CJ is now an assstant marketing manager for Conversant Media Group, heading up their "Undiscovered" page.

CJ is passionate about this emerging generation's conversation with culture. He enjoys backpacking, loves a good slice of New York pizza, and used the word "emerging" in that last sentence because it's hip, and fresh, and controversial, and he hears that's what bloggers do.
