I am in the constant pursuit of "desiring to desire God". I'm thankful for salvation through the blood of His Son, for the place He has me in my life, for the talents and gifts He continually showers upon me. I am happily married with boys.
Activities
Love to play the guitar, recently played a Phil Wickam song for my church (it moved them as much as it moves me), camp-we have gorgeous mountains here in VA, drink coffee out on the porch.
Interests
Trying not to become a crusty "old guy", but keep up with (if barely) the new technology (like this) if only to understand the way youth communicate and relate.
Music
Nearly everything except Hip Hop and R & B. Favorite artists: Phil Wickham (his passion for Jesus is unprecedented - in my humble opinion), David Wilcox, David Crowder.
Movies
Blockbuster types: Spiderman, X-Men. Any Agatha Christie (or Jane Austen - my wife made me write that)
Books
Reading Heavenly Man right now about a persecuted Chinese believer.
Favorites are, Mere Christianity by C.S. Lewis, Wild At Heart by John Eldridge, trying to read (unsuccessfully) the classics.
